OUR STRATEGY
We focused on features that would be useful for all levels of users
ShiftMe had a hierarchy of 3 views within the app – employees, managers, and corporations. BeanMachine knew that in order to achieve success the best approach would be to front-load the research and design strategy to ensure that each specific user could use the app based on their unique roles at a company.
